Through a lease arranged by BROCKHOFF OFFICE, Doosan Industrial Vehicle Europe NV will move into new warehouse and office premises at Timmerhellstraße 35 in Mülheim-Speldorf from 01.09.2018. The company is part of Korean conglomerate Doosan, a manufacturer of forklifts and materials-handling equipment. It produces more than 130 forklift and warehouse-equipment models, the latter made in Germany, including diesel, gas and electric forklifts. A new German headquarters with attached administration is being established in Mülheim an der Ruhr to further strengthen the company’s competitiveness.

The property is owned by a private investor.
