Physical media still has loyal fans in the digital age. “andrä – Musik, Filme, Games” is expanding in Dortmund and, through Brockhoff, has leased a combined office and warehouse facility of 1,250 m² from 1 September 2023. The Light Industrial property, built in 1973, is in excellent condition and offers ideal space for storing CDs, DVDs, Blu-rays, LPs, and games, with 950 m² of warehouse space and an integrated 300 m² office.

“Brockhoff gave us a clear overview of the rental market and suitable properties, allowing us to choose a site that fits our needs very well. We will soon be organizing our inventory at the new location and distributing it to our stores in Dortmund, Münster, Essen, Duisburg, and Cologne, as well as offering it online,” says Managing Director Dirk Andrä, who has been passionate about buying and selling media for more than 30 years.

Thanks to its location near downtown Dortmund and convenient access to the B1 and the A1, A2, A40, A44, and A45 motorways, the new site is easily reachable by car and public transport.
