In 2016, Brockhoff OFFICE secured a 15-year lease with the Dortmund Regional Court for the property at Schwanenwall 23, Weiherstraße 1. The owners, two private investors, have now appointed Brockhoff INVEST as sole agent to sell the property. Within a short time, the INVEST team found a buyer for the fully let building: a family office from the Sauerland region.

The office building is in central Dortmund, close to the courthouse district and the Ostenhellweg shopping street. Built in 1963, it comprises one 5-storey and one 8-storey section, with a combined lettable area of approximately 2,058 m². Extensive renovation work was carried out in 2016/17, including refurbishment of the façade, replacement of the building’s electrical connections, and modernization of the stairwells and underground garage. The approximately 800 m² plot also contains 7 garages. A further 16 parking spaces are available in the underground garage.
