Travel agency Dr. Tigges GmbH has leased approximately 537 m² of office space at Huyssenallee 9 from 1 April 2020. BROCKHOFF OFFICE brokered the lease, securing another reputable tenant for the revitalised Huyssenallee.

The new Dr. Tigges travel agency location occupies a prime 1A site within walking distance of Essen Central Station. The property owner, a private individual, is currently fitting out the leased premises to the tenant’s specifications.

Dr. Tigges is a tour operator-independent travel agency chain. Its independence allows it to provide objective advice, comparing offers and prices from all relevant tour operators and tailoring recommendations to customers’ individual needs.
