Essen-based agent Brockhoff has secured two new tenants for the Harpen Group Dortmund office campus at the MARK 51°7 development site in Bochum. DTS Systeme GmbH and ISL Internet Sicherheitslösungen GmbH, part of the same corporate group, will jointly occupy almost 1,400 m² on the 2nd and 3rd floors of Building 4 from early 2023.

This is the second time BROCKHOFF OFFICE has found suitable office space for DTS Systeme GmbH. The company moved to Josef-Neuberger-Straße 4 in 2014. „Our company has grown successfully since then, so we needed a larger office. We are pleased Brockhoff found suitable premises for us within MARK 51°7. The development site is ideal for us as an IT service provider. The new-build space is high-quality and meets the latest standards“, says Oguzhan Bozkurt, Regional Director at DTS.

The office campus 51°7 is being built at MARK 51°7, offering a total of 10,600 m² of modern office space. The neighbouring first phase, office 51°7, and second phase, SPACE 51°7, have already been developed by Harpen and let to regional companies. Three additional buildings will complete the office campus, an ensemble of three attractive, energy-efficient offices. A green courtyard connects them and creates a pleasant campus atmosphere. Further units starting at approx. 400 m² will be ready in early 2023.
