A highly visible office and commercial building on Königstraße in Duisburg has changed hands. Brockhoff advised during the sale from an institutional investor to a family office.

Built in the early 1970s, the property occupies a prime 1A location on Duisburg’s shopping street and has several long-standing tenants. The well-maintained building’s underground car park provides around 71 spaces.
