Essen city centre’s largest shopping street is gaining a new office tenant. In January, Dutch recruitment company Pro Industry GmbH will move above the Deichmann store, operated by Europe’s largest shoe retailer, which is headquartered in Essen. From there, it will coordinate its expansion strategy and entry into the Ruhr region’s labour market. Pro Industry will occupy the building’s entire 4th floor, measuring 321 m² and including a roof terrace.

The property, directly adjoining the walls of Essen Cathedral, is owned by the Diocese of Essen. With this lease, BROCKHOFF OFFICE has achieved full occupancy for the Diocese’s building.
