Renowned Essen advertising agency and media production company ECHOPARK Produktionsgesellschaft mbH has decided to open an additional location at Leimkugelstraße 7 as part of its expansion. Brockhoff supported the company in its search and found a suitable Light Industrial property. Alongside 450 m² of office space, it offers a 1,500 m² warehouse and 200 m² of open space, supporting the agency’s diverse production work, including studio and e-commerce photography, film and graphic design.

The hall’s ceiling height is ideal for bespoke sets for studio photography and film productions. The adjoining office wing lets our graphics teams collaborate efficiently across departments. The company’s head office at Severinstraße 21–23 in Essen, with administration, radio and sound studios and a digital marketing department, will remain in operation.
