eggheads GmbH develops “eggheads Suite”, standard software for product communication across industries. In addition to services supporting implementation of the suite, the company offers strategic consulting and agency services. Brockhoff Office successfully brokered approx. 1,182 m² of office space to the company at Mark 51°7, the former Opel Plant 1 site. The modern premises are in office 51°7 at Alte Wittener Straße 50. eggheads GmbH will move into its new location in February 2018. The property was developed and is owned by Harpen Immobilien Gruppe. The lease was successfully completed thanks to close cooperation with the owner.
