In Nuremberg, Brockhoff sold the Quelle headquarters and a large part of Quelle’s properties, totalling approximately 240,000 m².

In Neumarkt, Bavaria, Brockhoff sold the approximately 9,500 m² Pfleiderer headquarters, designed by star architect Hadi Teherani.

The approximately 11,500 m² Deminex/Veba Oil headquarters in Essen-Rüttenscheid was also sold, along with the former headquarters of Steilmann, once Europe’s largest clothing manufacturer, in Bochum-Wattenscheid, with approximately 12,900 m² Steilmann headquarters.

BROCKHOFF INVEST also handled the sale of the former Vonovia headquarters in Bochum, with approximately 32,000 m² of office space, and the former Tengelmann headquarters in Mülheim an der Ruhr, totalling 65,000 m².

In Essen, BROCKHOFF INVEST sold the former Rheinstahl headquarters, with approximately 17,200 m², and the former Coca-Cola headquarters, with approximately 30,000 m².
