The Ellipson at Ruhrallee 9 on the edge of Dortmund is a distinctive office tower thanks to its striking shape. Brockhoff OFFICE secured a renowned tenant for the two highest floors available, bringing the extensively modernised property to full occupancy. The law firm BLD Bach Langheid Dallmayr is opening a Ruhr region office and has leased the 15th and 16th floors, a total of 760 m², from 1 December 2022. The prestigious space, with views across Dortmund, will be fitted out to the tenant’s specifications before move-in. The owner is a family office based in North Rhine-Westphalia.

Ellipson is on the outskirts of Dortmund, directly beside federal highway B 54 (Ruhrallee), one of the busiest roads in the Ruhr region.

The office tower opened in 1999 and provides around 10,000 m² of usable space across 16 floors. Its tenant mix is high quality.

Since its founding in 1911, BLD Bach Langheid Dallmayr has specialised in insurance and liability law.

Today, more than 180 lawyers advise national and international insurance companies and financial services providers in particular.
