In mid-2021, a standalone property with approx. 1,300 m² of total space and numerous parking spaces in Dortmund Technology Park changed hands. BROCKHOFF INVEST advised on the sale. The new owner, Elmos Semiconductor SE, occupies the property itself.

Built in 1991, the four-storey building was designed with a strong focus on quality and design. A free-standing spiral steel staircase in the impressive reception area immediately catches visitors’ attention. Extensive refurbishment has brought the entire usable area, comprising around 30 offices, up to a high standard with modern facilities.
