A modern, energy-efficient daycare centre built in 2015 has been successfully sold through Brockhoff in Düsseldorf’s Ludenberg district. The single-storey property offers 664 m² of lettable space and is located at Am Wildpark 59 on a 2,100 m² site, close to the wildlife park and harness racing track.

Thanks to its individually designed, energy-efficient construction, the property fits harmoniously into the surrounding residential neighbourhood. Its natural setting is ideal for Zaubersterne-Kitas NRW, a bilingual daycare provider that has leased the building on a long-term basis. The centre cares for 57 children in three groups and places particular emphasis on experiences in nature, supported by its proximity to the forest and wildlife park.

The sale was completed discreetly between two private individuals. The purchase price was not disclosed.
