Menswear retailer Engbers has leased around 200 m² of retail space with the support of BROCKHOFF RETAIL’s brokerage team. The store is at Lange Straße 46 in a prime 1A location in Lippstadt’s pedestrian zone. Tom Tailor currently occupies the property. The new store is due to open by the first quarter of 2018 at the latest. Engbers offers menswear ranging from elegant and classic to sporty and functional. The property is privately owned.
