Coesfeld, Letter Straße 3.

Well-known menswear brand Engbers is committed to its Coesfeld location and is optimising its store in the city centre. Its new premises will be at Letter Straße 3, in a prime 1A location directly beside its existing branch in the neighbouring building.

The 157 m² store is currently occupied by Fielmann, one of the world’s largest opticians. Fit-out work is expected to begin next spring, immediately after Fielmann moves out.

Brockhoff, a renowned commercial property agency, was exclusively commissioned by the owner—who had also acquired the commercial building through Brockhoff—to handle the re-letting. Brockhoff Retail expert Bert Pfeffer is pleased with the successful deal: “Our network includes all the retail chains in Germany. We were able to re-let the store for the owner without any vacancy.”

The new Engbers branch benefits from excellent visibility and strong footfall in a prime 1A location in Coesfeld city centre.
