Coesfeld, Letter Straße 3.

Well-known menswear brand Engbers is reaffirming its commitment to Coesfeld and optimising its retail space in the city centre. Its new store will be at Letter Straße 3, in a prime 1A location next to the brand’s existing branch in the neighbouring building.

The retail unit, currently occupied by Fielmann, one of the world’s largest optical retailers, offers a generous 157 m². Fit-out work is expected to begin next spring, immediately after Fielmann moves out.

The owner, who had also acquired the commercial building through Brockhoff, exclusively appointed the renowned broker to handle the re-letting. Bert Pfeffer, Brockhoff’s RETAIL expert, is pleased with the successful outcome: “Our network includes retail chains throughout Germany. This enabled us to arrange a new letting without any vacancy for the property owner.”

The new Engbers branch will benefit from excellent visibility and high customer footfall in a prime 1A city-centre location in Coesfeld.
