The BROCKHOFF RETAIL team has brokered a new store of around 294 m² for menswear retailer Engbers at Lange Straße 15, in a prime 1A location in Delmenhorst’s pedestrian zone. The premises were previously occupied by lingerie chain Hunkemöller. Engbers offers menswear ranging from elegant and classic to sporty and functional. The move is scheduled for this spring.   The property is owned by a private owners’ association.
