Engineering firm Laudi moved into 303 m² of office space in the corner building at Heinickestraße/Kronprinzenstraße on 01 September 2018. Planergruppe Oberhausen will move into 448 m² in the same building on 01 December 2018. BROCKHOFF OFFICE brokered both leases. Before occupancy, the owner, EIG Essener Immobiliengesellschaft GmbH & Co. KG, stripped both office units back and fitted them out in a modern industrial style in consultation with the new tenants. The building at Heinickestraße 44-48 also offers an easy walk to Essen Central Station and excellent transport links to the Ruhrschnellweg A40 and the A52.

Founded in 2010, engineering firm Laudi plans energy and building services systems and advises on technical building equipment. Planergruppe Oberhausen is a landscape architecture practice which, since its founding in 1973, has focused in particular on the design of industrial landscapes.
