Brockhoff has brokered approximately 1,600 m² of office space for EOS Immobilienworkout in one of the buildings forming part of the complex at Aktienstraße 53 in Mülheim. The lease at the revitalised historic property on Aktienstraße, one of Mülheim’s main thoroughfares with good public transport connections, starts on 1 April 2016 (01.04.2016).

The new tenant, EOS Immobilienworkout, operates nationwide in receivables management. The property is privately owned.
