Brockhoff, the Essen-based property agency’s retail specialists, successfully arranged a store for Ernsting’s family GmbH & Co. KG at Hauptstraße 8 in Bitburg. The property occupies a prime 1A pedestrian-zone location and offers approximately 415 m². It is currently used by a stationery store.

The new Ernsting’s family branch is scheduled to open on 01.03.2017. The property is privately owned.

With approximately 1,800 stores, Ernsting’s family is one of Germany’s largest textile retailers. Its range includes women’s and children’s clothing and accessories, as well as seasonal homewares and toys at affordable prices.
