The property, which has a high-quality tenant mix and measures 745 m², is occupied by a medical supply store, doctors’ practices, law firms, and other office tenants in the healthcare sector.

The six-story building, dating from 1955, stands on a 400 m² plot opposite Essen’s Stadtgarten, with views of the Aalto Theatre at the foot of Huyssenallee, one of the city’s premier office locations.

Essen Central Station is just 100 meters away. If needed, the property’s floor area could be increased by adding another floor. The purchase price was not disclosed.
