Stadthafen is one of Essen’s most sought-after commercial parks. Brockhoff brokered the sale of a fully let Light Industrial property on the site to BUTEO Group as an off-market transaction. It comprises a 4,000 m² hall and an office wing of just over 500 m². A further 2,650 m² of open space is available on the 12,000 m² site. The seller is a private individual from Brockhoff’s network. The purchase price was not disclosed.
