Acting exclusively for the owner, a community of heirs, Brockhoff advised on the sale of a 722 m² residential and commercial building in a prime 1A shopping-street location in Lippstadt. The ground floor contains a retail unit with excellent visibility thanks to the building’s prominent corner position. It is leased long term to Douglas perfumery. The purchase price has not been disclosed.
