As part of its expansion strategy, CAMPWERK, Germany’s market leader in rooftop tents and tent trailers, is moving its location to Velbert and vacating its showroom at Berliner Str. 107 in Bochum. Essen-based commercial broker Brockhoff had an exclusive mandate from the owner to relet the space and secured Fellbox GmbH early for the 955 m² LIGHT INDUSTRIAL property.

The start-up Fellbox is growing successfully by shipping surprise boxes for dogs and will take over the hall previously used as a showroom. “We are pleased to bring our business together at this new location, which we found through Brockhoff. The excellent property and proximity to the A40 put us in an ideal position for nationwide shipping and create further opportunities to expand,” says Sarjoscha Kleine , founder and CEO of Fellbox.
