On 1 November 2023, Mülheim-based family business Fenster-Türen König leased an approximately 600 m² LIGHT INDUSTRIAL property at Gewerkschaftsstraße 127 in Oberhausen. The company plans to use it as additional warehouse space to support its strong trading performance. Its location at Oberheidstraße 262 in Mülheim an der Ruhr will remain in operation as usual. Commercial property broker Brockhoff, which specialises in halls and business parks in the Ruhr region, advised on the lease.

Fenster-Türen König has been a respected specialist in windows, doors and insect screens for more than 40 years and is based in Mülheim an der Ruhr. The second location offers the growing business ideal conditions thanks to its additional storage capacity. Its convenient transport links will also support the trades business as it expands beyond the city district.
