Finsterwalder, a logistics company from Türkheim, has moved into MLP Unna Logistics Park as a new tenant, leasing approximately 6,200 m² of warehouse space. MLP Group is in talks with further prospective tenants interested in the available space.

MLP Group has signed another lease at MLP Unna Logistics Park. Finsterwalder Transport & Logistik GmbH will use the warehouse, with around 6,200 m² of space, for cross-docking operations. The space has already been handed over to the customer. Brockhoff Immobilien acted as a leasing adviser in the transaction.

Finsterwalder Transport & Logistik GmbH, based in Türkheim, Germany, specialises in logistics, transport services and warehousing. Its fleet of approximately 260 modern company-owned vehicles operates across Europe. Together with its partners, the company serves markets in Western, Eastern and Southern Europe. It also offers warehouse space in Türkheim (Allgäu), Halle/Saale and Gelsenkirchen in the Ruhr region, as well as at other warehouses throughout Germany.
