A highly successful retail entrepreneur, advised by Brockhoff RETAIL for many years, has decided to sell his property portfolio in North Rhine-Westphalia. Brockhoff RETAIL was exclusively commissioned to market five residential and commercial buildings in Essen, Bochum, Solingen, Viersen and Moers.

The fully let properties occupy prime 1A locations in their respective shopping districts, with retail use on the ground floors. The upper floors contain 12 apartments in total. Combined lettable area is approximately 2,122 m².

The portfolio was acquired by a regional family office, which is expanding its property holdings. The purchase price has not been disclosed.
