Takko’s southern Germany distribution centre in Schnelldorf, Bavaria, has been sold to a regional corporate group that will occupy the property itself. Takko commissioned the approximately 11,250 m² logistics hall in 1999 and has used it ever since. The approximately 26,300 m² plot is located close to the A6/A7 motorway interchange. Essen-based property agency Brockhoff acted exclusively for Takko on the sale.
