Through a lease arranged by Brockhoff OFFICE, independent private market research institute Forsa has leased approximately 456 m² at Westfalen-Center Dortmund since 1 January 2020. The move is only a short distance: Forsa previously occupied the office building opposite at Lindemannstr. 78, which is soon due to be demolished. “The search went perfectly. Forsa’s employees will hardly need to adjust and can look forward to modern offices,” says Cedric Vennemann of the Brockhoff OFFICE team.

Forsa is one of the few independent private market and opinion research institutes in Germany that is not part of a corporate group. It provides companies, political and public institutions, the media and academia with precise findings based on all available data.
