From 1 April 2020, the Franz Sales House in Essen will lease approximately 945 m² of office space at Büropark Ruhrallee. The new location will house its coaching and vocational training services. The premises at Ruhrallee 311 were available for immediate occupancy and also offered an attractive rent.

Büropark Ruhrallee is on the outskirts of Essen. The A52 motorway entrance, providing a direct connection to Düsseldorf Central Station, is only around 2 minutes away by car. The property is privately owned.
