Brockhoff OFFICE has brokered approximately 2,510 m² of office space to a public-sector administrative unit. The decisive factors were the availability of a contiguous area and the central location in Essen’s Weststadt, close to the city centre.

Before the tenant moves in on 1 October 2019, the landlord will install new carpet and repaint the property at Frohnhauser Str. 71. The prominent corner building also impresses with a prestigious entrance, open-plan areas and conventional offices offering bright workspaces. Interior sun blinds provide shade in summer. The building’s technical cabling meets the latest standards. “We know the office market very well and, despite widely reported space shortages, were able to offer a completely vacant, four-storey property in a good location with modern facilities. This made it possible to bring the administrative unit together at one central address,” reports Tobias Altenbeck, Brockhoff OFFICE team leader, on the successful deal.
