After taking over the marketing mandate for the modern new building at Müller-Breslau-Str. 28, with approximately 2,107 m² of lettable space, the Essen brokerage can now report full occupancy. The property’s distinctive feature is that 4 companies in the security sector are moving under one roof, reinforcing the building’s name, “Future Safe House”.

The state of North Rhine-Westphalia is establishing the “House of Security”, a unique European project in Essen-Rüttenscheid and the first centre dedicated to combating clan crime. A special unit will occupy approximately 219 m² and focus more closely on offences committed by extended families. Brockhoff OFFICE won the state over not only with fully equipped offices that allow experts to be brought in flexibly, but also with a tenant mix that includes organizations involved in fighting crime.

This includes Revolvermänner GmbH, which is opening its 4th location in Essen, alongside Düsseldorf, Frankfurt and Toronto. The online reputation agency advises the German Bundestag on important issues of communications, reputation protection and digital security. ASW West e.V. is a non-profit association that promotes crime prevention in business. Through Brockhoff OFFICE, the organizations jointly secured approximately 231 m² of office space on the 1st upper floor.

Security consultant Consulting Plus is moving its headquarters to the modern office building at Müller-Breslau-Str. 28 in Essen-Rüttenscheid through Brockhoff OFFICE, fitting perfectly into the tenant mix. The internationally active company will use the entire 2nd floor, approximately 459 m², for offices and communication. Security experts from all fields will work together at Future Safe House to develop forward-looking security solutions. The new space includes separate meeting rooms and meeting points in a modern layout.

The building’s contractor, Lambert SCHLUN GmbH & Co. KG, announced during construction that it would occupy approximately 227 m² of ground-floor office space itself. Engineering consultancy Dipl. Ing. Bernd F. Künne & Partner Beratende Ingenieure will open an Essen location in approximately 229 m². Brockhoff OFFICE was involved in the leases.

Last year, the Brockhoff OFFICE team had already secured advertising agency Orfgen Marketing GmbH & Co. KG for approximately 742 m² in the high-quality office building. Flexible use of the premises was also a decisive factor in that location choice.
