Stadtbäckerei Gatenbröcker, which operates around 60 outlets across the Ruhr region, is expanding its branch network and will open a bakery with a café and outdoor seating in the “Markt 11” office and commercial complex.

The café is ideally placed to bring life to the square, a central event venue in the old town. Other restaurants and well-known retail chains are already close by.

The property owner exclusively appointed retail specialist Brockhoff RETAIL to broker the 322 m² retail unit in this 1A prime location, currently occupied by Tamaris/Leos.

Fit-out work to meet the concept’s specific requirements is due to begin in February 2023.
