Ten years ago, Brockhoff RETAIL arranged the letting of the approximately 180 m2 retail unit at Bahnhofstr. 1 in Emsdetten to Parfümerie Pieper. The Essen-based property adviser has now found another tenant for this prime retail location.

In spring, in time for the start of the ice cream season, a Gelateria La Luna franchise café will offer Italian ice cream and coffee specialities in the newly refurbished premises. Outdoor seating at the market will enhance the shopping street’s appeal and invite visitors to linger. Retail and food-service chains are located nearby.

La Luna’s franchise concept is expanding successfully in Germany: 50 ice cream cafés have opened in just under 20 years. The brand also operates La Luna Eis-Shops and La Luna Express, which specialise in takeaway ice cream.
