The site sold is one of the few remaining greenfield plots in Gelsenkirchen, measuring around 4,366 m².

Its location close to the Gelsenkirchen Süd motorway interchange offers excellent access to the entire Ruhr region.

The new owner, a plumbing business owner from Bochum, will build a LIGHT INDUSTRIAL hall of around 2,000 m² with mezzanine space for a warehouse and showroom.

Construction will begin shortly, as the seller had already obtained the required plans and building permit, which the new owner can take over.

The new owner saves considerable time and money by proceeding with the already approved new-build hall,” says Phillip Mersmann, Head of LIGHT INDUSTRIAL at Brockhoff, about the transaction brokered by Brockhoff. The purchase price was not disclosed.
