Working closely with the owners, BROCKHOFF OFFICE brokered around 915 m² of office space to three tenants at Girardetstraße 1-5 within a few months. Once the final tenant moves in, the complex will be fully let.

The “Difine – Clinic for Plastic and Aesthetic Surgery” practice secured 421 m². The clinic offers cosmetic surgery using the latest products and non-invasive, minimally invasive and surgical treatments, together with attentive, comprehensive care. A further 331 m² is occupied by EXPERTS & TALENTS, which has established its administrative office there. BROCKHOFF OFFICE brokered the last available 163 m² to tax consultancy Elwiss Krogmann & Kassen Partnerschaft mbB. The tenants will move in during January 2019.

The property at Girardetstraße 1-5 was built in 1935 and extensively refurbished in 1994 and 1997. It is a modern office building in a prime location in Essen-Rüttenscheid. Its distinctive corner position makes it highly visible, and the ground floor also offers Asian cuisine at restaurant “coa”.
