Gouda Refractories BV is expanding its presence in Bochum-Wattenscheid and will lease a total of 500 m² of warehouse and office space in a new building at Burgstr. 15-17 from 1 December 2019. Brockhoff OFFICE advised on the site search and the optimal layout of the new space at the former Miele site. The property is owned by a family office.

Within the Dutch Andus Group, Gouda Refractories specializes in producing and supplying refractory bricks, monolithics and precast shapes. Its German business has been managed from Bochum since 1998.
