As part of its successful expansion, Green Flash, a provider of comprehensive photovoltaic solutions, has leased around 700 m² on the 7th floor of MAGNA Tower, also known as City Tower, in Essen. Brockhoff advised on the move to the office tower. The new premises are just a short distance from the previous location and meet all the requirements of a modern workplace.

MAGNA Tower is a landmark on Essen’s skyline. Designed by architect Friedrich-Wilhelm Kraemer, it was built between 1961 and 1963. A full refurbishment of the 15-storey office and commercial complex was completed in 2018. Today, MAGNA Tower offers around 16,000 m² of modern open-plan space and the privilege of working at one of the city’s most sought-after office addresses.
