In Dortmund, Brockhoff successfully secured a tenant for 1,700 m² of space in a light industrial property at Westererbenstraße 24.

The property is part of the Greyfield Group portfolio. The company specialises in the sustainable development of existing buildings.

Thanks to pragmatic cooperation between the landlord, tenant and Brockhoff, the lease was concluded at short notice.
