Brockhoff LOGISTICS has secured a tenant for the modern logistics facility at Karl-Lange-Straße 49 in Bochum. In April, GRUBER Logistics GmbH will open a new Ruhr region location and occupy approximately 9,337 m² of warehouse, office and staff amenity space. Around 843 m² of the leased area is mezzanine storage, installed to make optimal use of the hall space.

The new building, completed in 2018, has a total lettable area of approximately 37,000 m². The site was formerly owned by Thyssen and was developed by the renowned Dietz AG. The new building is divided into four units and, alongside Gruber Logistics GmbH, is occupied by two other tenants.

GRUBER Logistics GmbH is a family-owned international transport company based in Auer, South Tyrol, with more than 20 branches in Europe and Asia.

Dietz AG is a full-service group offering all property-related services, from project development to marketing and management.
