In Hattingen, Brockhoff was appointed as sole agent for the sale of a 7,479 m² site in a prominent location southeast of the old town, wit
h 3,270 m² of buildings. The new owner is a private investor. The purchase price has not been disclosed.

The site formerly formed part of the Evangelical Hospital campus. It is occupied by a nine-storey nurses’ residence (1,503 m² lettable area), four staff apartment buildings (1,030 m² lettable area) and a three-storey operations building (737 m² usable area). Most residences are let. The operations building was sold under a sale-and-leaseback agreement.
