(Essen) Through Brockhoff Immobilien GmbH, Hays AG, a leading European recruitment company specialising in placing experts, has leased approximately 583 m² of office space at Rü-Karree in Essen-Rüttenscheid.

The main reasons for choosing the space were the excellent transport links and infrastructure at Rüttenscheider Stern, as well as the appeal of the loft-style premises. Rü-Karree is one of Essen’s most distinctive building ensembles. Harmoniously integrated into the cityscape, it nevertheless has a unique identity.

The partly listed complex served as the headquarters of Gelsenberg Benzin AG from the late 30s (1930s) and later as the administrative headquarters of VEBA Oil & Gas, formerly Deminex.

In addition to the individual office units, all other areas of Rü-Karree are finished to a high standard.
