The next major tenant for FAKT Tower is confirmed: Mannheim-based Hays AG is leasing 633 m² of office space in the former Thyssenhaus.

One of the world’s leading recruitment companies, Mannheim-based Hays AG, has leased approximately 633 m² of office space in FAKT Tower in Essen with support from the BROCKHOFF OFFICE brokerage team. Hays AG recruits suitable specialists for companies and organizations, for both temporary projects and permanent positions.

The property at Am Thyssenhaus 1,3 in Essen is in a highly central location, within walking distance of Essen Central Station. FAKT Tower is currently undergoing extensive modernization and will also receive a new façade. The office layout can be tailored flexibly to tenants’ requirements, ranging from open-plan designs to traditional cellular offices. The premises will be completely refurbished to a modern standard before the new tenant moves in. Following this latest successful lease, approximately 11,700 m² of office space remains available in FAKT Tower. The owner is FAKT AG.
