Brockhoff GmbH has successfully placed HEINRICH DEHN Internationale Spedition GmbH in a new logistics facility of approximately 6,500 m² in Lünen. The newly opened logistics centre was delivered in partnership with IOI Oleo GmbH, one of Europe’s leading suppliers of oleochemical specialities, headquartered in Hamburg.
The project began just over a year ago and was successfully completed through close and efficient cooperation among all parties. The new Lünen site offers state-of-the-art technical infrastructure, high safety and quality standards, and approximately 10,000 pallet rack spaces for flexible use.
Brockhoff had already worked with HEINRICH DEHN when its first site in North Rhine-Westphalia opened in Hamm, arranging a lease for a 17,870 m² logistics hall. By securing the new Lünen site, Brockhoff once again demonstrates its logistics real estate expertise and ability to deliver tailored solutions for clients in the logistics sector.
