F. Hesterberg & Söhne GmbH & Co. KG, a global leader in commercial vehicle closure and body systems that markets its products worldwide as Hestal , has leased an 8,500 m² hall plus a 1,500 m² office wing at Feldbachacker 4 in Dortmund. Commercial broker Brockhoff advised on the lease of the 10,000 m² LIGHT INDUSTRIAL property. The owner is an investor from Brockhoff’s network specialising in logistics properties.
