On behalf of Deutsche Immobilien Chancen AG & Co. KGaA, BROCKHOFF INVEST sold a complex of buildings to Essen entrepreneur Dr. Peter Jänsch and a partner from Cologne. It is arguably the most prominent and promising ensemble on Huyssenallee, directly opposite the Philharmonie and Sheraton Hotel. Dr. Peter Jänsch, a long-standing client of the Brockhoff Group, initially planned to revitalise the building on the 3,800 m² site. On Brockhoff & Partner’s recommendation, he instead opted for demolition and redevelopment. An attractive residential tower with commercial space is now being built. Plans include a 19-storey residential tower, an adjoining building with high-quality office space and two further buildings with 44 apartments. An existing ten-storey building will be retained and refurbished.

The Huyssen Quarter Essen will provide around 16,000 m² of lettable space. The residential tower will offer 7,200 m² of living space, and a three-level underground car park will provide 204 parking spaces.

Brockhoff OFFICE has been appointed to market the office building, which has around 4,200 m² of office space, and has already found tenants.
