The immergrün franchise is opening a location in Paderborn’s pedestrian zone, next to well-known retail chains and restaurant concepts. Appointed under an exclusive mandate to market the property on Westernstraße, Brockhoff RETAIL brokered a suitable shop in a prime city-centre location.

Once the current lease expires, the premises will be adapted to the new tenant’s needs so the store can open after the refurbishment.

Immergrün is Germany’s largest healthy-food franchise, operating more than 70 branches in shopping streets and centres nationwide. The landlord is a private individual.
