The immergrün franchise concept is opening a location in Paderborn’s pedestrian zone, close to well-known retail chains and food-service concepts. Appointed under an exclusive mandate to market the property on Westernstraße, Brockhoff RETAIL secured the right retail premises in a 1A prime city-centre location.

After the existing lease expires, the premises will be adapted to the needs of the future tenant so that the store can open following refurbishment.

Immergrün is Germany’s largest healthy-food franchise and already operates more than 70 outlets nationwide in shopping streets and centres. The landlord is a private individual.
