Industrie Rohr Bau GmbH leased approx. 2,000 m² of warehouse space and 375 m² of office space at Salinger Feld 10a from 1 July 2021.

BROCKHOFF OFFICE advised the company while it searched for an ideal location for relocating its headquarters from Herne to Witten.

The highly visible office and warehouse complex is in a commercial area in the centrally located Witten-Annen district.

The site has excellent links to the Ruhr metropolis via the L660 and A44.
