Engineering firm INTEC Industrie-Technik GmbH & Co. KG, based in Dietramszell, opened its 13th German branch in December 2023. Brockhoff secured a long-term lease for an ideal property for the company’s first location in North Rhine-Westphalia. The 1,900 m² light industrial property is at Timmerhellstr. 35 in Mülheim’s harbour and is ideally suited to INTEC Industrie-Technik’s expansion.

The owner, a private investor and long-standing Brockhoff business partner, had appointed Brockhoff exclusively to re-let the property.
